These terms govern the use of valeriofinancial.com (the "Site") operated by Valeriofinancial S.A. de C.V. Using the Site implies full acceptance of the conditions established here.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site offers educational, analytical and research information on the Mexican real estate crowdlending market. It does not constitute a public offering, investment advice, or regulated financial intermediation supervised by the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
2. Permitted use
The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with applicable Mexican legislation, refraining from any conduct that could harm the image, the system or the interests of Valeriofinancial or of third parties.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, trademarks, calculator) is owned by Valeriofinancial or licensed in its favour. Total or partial reproduction without written authorisation is prohibited.
4. Risk and liability
Investment decisions the user may take based on the information available on the Site are the user's sole responsibility. Valeriofinancial does not guarantee returns or the recovery of capital contributed to specific operations.
5. Amendments
Valeriofinancial may modify these terms at any time. The version in force shall always be the one published on this page, with its date of update.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Relations arising from these terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
